Library Fun


I was at the library yesterday and I found this really rad book about tofu. It was published in 1975 and talks about tofu like it's this revolutionary, new, earth-shattering protein source of the future. It was weird to me because I'm so used to seeing tofu everywhere. Now everyone's all stoked on cale and quinoa. Food trends of different decades are interesting.
