Being Poor in the Second Great Depression

We're dirt poor now. This means a solid diet of marshmallows and ramen. Not even top ramen. Just ramen.

This means one birthday present.
This means no cable.
This means no fast food.

This sucks but I look forward to the suffering. I can't wait to play jacks by candle light and sew multi-colored patches on my worn out shoes. I look forward to walking ten miles in the snow to spend a week's pay on groceries- a gallon of milk, a bag or marshmallows, and ramen. Think of all the weight I'll lose! I'll be in such fantastic shape.
